Our reason
Terra Harvest Ventures was born out of a dream and a deep connection to the land. For generations, my family has worked the land, and for over a century, it has provided for us. But life has a way of presenting challenges, and when my father passed unexpectedly, I found myself facing a mountain of property taxes and a legacy that needed to be understood and managed.
Instead of giving in, I dug in my heels and committed myself to learning the ins and outs of land development. I studied how the big developers in our area turned large tracts of land into profitable ventures, and I vowed not to let my family’s land be taken for less than its true worth. Out of this passion, Terra Harvest Ventures was created.
I am passionate about advocating for landowners, especially farmers. The truth is, large tract landowners often find it unprofitable to rely solely on farmland rental income. Developers know this, and they target landowners with offers that can feel like a trap. The journey that led me to launch Terra Harvest Ventures started with a simple goal: to take a large tract of land, divide it, and develop it into residential lots, from grading to fully paved roads. I wanted to maximize the profit from one tract to be able to hold on to the rest. It was the most challenging yet rewarding project I’ve ever accomplished, and I did it not just for myself, but to help others who may be in a situation like I was.

After inheriting my family’s land and facing unexpected challenges, I refused to settle for unfair offers from developers. Instead, I immersed myself in land development, learning how to turn large tracts into profitable ventures.

As a business owner, entrepreneur, and real estate investor, I bring hands-on experience, problem-solving skills, and a deep passion for land development to Terra Harvest Ventures. The idea for this venture began when my business partner—an experienced landowner—was repeatedly approached by people trying to take advantage of her property. Together, we developed a solution that benefited both her and future homeowners, laying the foundation for what Terra Harvest Ventures is today.
Growing up around farms, I developed a deep appreciation for the land and the challenges landowners face. I believe in preserving natural beauty while creating sustainable, profitable solutions. Unlike traditional developers who push for full sales, I work closely with landowners to help them retain the land they love while maximizing value from the portions they choose to sell.
With two years in development, I guide clients through the often overwhelming process of land ownership and expansion, showing them how to make the most of their property without selling everything. Known for my perfectionism, optimism, and problem-solving mindset, I take pride in helping others turn their land dreams into reality.
Outside of work, I’m an adrenaline junkie who thrives on adventure and pushing limits—always ready for the next challenge.
